About DISC

Diversified Information Services Corporation is a company providing real property information and services and official Maricopa County maps to Phoenix area title companies and the local real estate industry. DISC is the successor to the first joint title plant in the county, Maricopa Title Service, dating back to its formation in 1970.

Primarily a joint title plant owned by Phoenix area title companies, DISC also specializes in acquisition and distribution of real property documents and maps as filed with the Maricopa County Recorder or maintaind by the Maricopa County Assessor. Similar products for surrounding counties are also maintained and distributed by DISC.

We furnish products and services to many area title companies and agencies, as well as to real property information companies, law firms, appraisers, civil engineers and real estate agents. See our other links for more information regarding our products and services.
