It is recommended that you use the latest version of Internet Explorer (other browsers will fail).
If you use a proprietary firewall in front of your internal network, these ports need to be open for access by the Data Trace application: Ports 80, 1100, and 1101
Launch Internet Explorer. Access to the title plant requires that Microsoft VM ("Virtual Machine") be installed. VM is a form of JAVA language. VM is available for download once you reach the Data Trace window with an image of the United States, or HERE , but may already be installed on your machine.
First, change some minor settings in Internet Explorer by clicking the “File” menu item. Select “Page Setup”:
Delete any data in the “Header” and “Footer” fields.
Change the Left and Right margins to “0.4”. (This enables the print jobs to be formatted correctly, and will not affect anything else you do with Internet Explorer)
Leave all other data unchanged, and close the Page Setup window.
Now go to the "Tools" menu item, click and select "Internet Options". On the resulting window, select the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down in the window about half way until you see a little coffee cup and the words "Java (Sun)". Uncheck the clickable box underneath. Right below that you should see a little icon and the words "Microsoft VM". Verify that the clickable box next to "JIT compiler" is checked, and close the window. If you don't see these items, then VM is not installed.
Now, in the “Address” field of Internet Explorer, type in the following link. Keep this link in your Favorites or create a shortcut for this address on your desktop:

Internet, just click the link)

This is the DISC home page. Click on "Title Plant Login" in the list of links on the left.
Now you're taken to the main Data Trace access page. You'll see a map of the United States. (This is where you can download Virtual Machine if you haven't already done that.)
Click on Arizona on the map. Now, you should see a
mostly-green page with an
